I wish to be just lines on a canvas, Nov 16, 2025

Another synthesizer V song I wrote. I was kinda listening to wowoka's unhappy refrain on repeat at the time so I took some inspiration from their songwriting style, although adapted to my style so not as rock-y

My Music

Music is my biggest passion and the hobby I dedicate the most time to! I focus mostly on improving my jazz piano skills and producing, but I usually only like to upload the original music I produce, maybe some day I'll upload some solo piano pieces, once I feel like it...

I always find it hard to try describe the music I produce, mostly because I hop around genres frequently and I seem to take influence from an eclectic selection of genres. Also, since this is all self produced and there are a lot of limitation to what I can make I can't always do things the conventional way, so I find myself having to take more unique approaches I guess. Whether the sounds I make blend together into music nicely is something you will have to decide...

Anyway, the way I would like to describe my music would a mix between indietronica and shibuya-kei styles with strong influences from styles such as plunderphonics, jazz, trip hop and downtempo and instrumental hip hop. The goal behind most of the things I make is to blend electronic and non-electronic sounds together to create something that's hopefully meaningful. I intend to make an album soon, but I find my sound and goals changing often so even if I've made more than enough music to compile it into an album, I need to be sure I'm satisfied that the result is coherent before doing so. Perhaps in the future I might release EPs of any songs that fit well together but don't fit into a full album.
